28/9/2023: A Case of severe bleeding from newly formed anastomosis.

At day 4 after index surgery patient was dismissed without any events and had regained bowelfunctions.

At day 9 patient was readmitted with fresh ongoing bleeding. No signs of peritonealia. CT Angio showed ongoing bleeding related to anastomosis. Antiplatelets were paused. pic.twitter.com/a3qSTed9df
